The prize will be delivered to the winner within 7 days of the winner being announced. Delivery is free across the UK.

Competitions & Entry

The competitions are open to all residents in the UK, aged 18 years or over.

Entering one of our competitions is easy.  You just need to register and open your account, then follow the easy 3 steps.

  • Pick your prize and number of tickets.
  • Answer the skill question correctly and buy your ticket/s.
  • Receive your ticket/s and wait for the Live Draw.

The odds of certain multiple ticket purchases are displayed on the competition page.

The odds of winning any competition you enter is the total number of sold tickets (when the competition closes) divided by the number of tickets you have purchased. For example: If a competition has sold 1000 tickets when it closes, and you have purchased 25 tickets, you have a 1 in 40 chance of winning that competition.

Each competition has a specific limit on entries per person, which will be listed on the competition page. Make sure to check the details before entering.

Ticket numbers are allocated randomly. Once you've completed your entry, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket numbers. Your ticket numbers can also be found under ‘My Orders’ in your account dashboard. Alternatively you can return to the original competition page and use the entry search to find your tickets.

Yes, we offer a free postal entry option for all our competitions.

To enter for free, send your name, address, telephone number, email address and answer to the competition question to us at the following address:

Entries must be submitted via first or second class post. Entrants must have created an account on the website to have a free entry processed, all details must match the account details.

Bulk entries are not accepted and if received will count as one single entry. If you wish to enter for free multiple times you may do so up to any limit placed on the number of entries. Each free entry must be submitted separately.

The opening and closing date of the competitions are stated on the website. We never extend the closing date of the competition, even if it hasn’t sold out.

Draws

Google’s random number generator will be used to choose a winning number live on Facebook ensuring transparency for every competition. Watch the latest draw video on our Facebook page for an idea of how it works.

The live draw date and time for each competition will be listed on its page.

We may be forced to delay the live draw for reasons outside of our control – this will be notified on our social media pages. Live draw dates might be brought forward if the competition has sold out early.

Yes, all draws are streamed live on our Facebook page.

If a competition does not sell out by the closing date, we will still proceed with the draw. Somebody will always win each prize on the stated draw date.

Winners will be notified directly via email or phone. The results will also be posted on our website after the draw. To view them visit the competition page under the Entry Lists section of the website.

To ensure transparency and compliance, we’ll need to take a photo of you and your prize to go onto the Winners page of our website.

Images may be used for promotional and marketing materials. If this is something you do not want to be featured in then please let us know.

Prizes

We offer a wide range of prizes including cash, tech gadgets and luxury holidays. Each competition will clearly state what’s up for grabs. We reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of an equal or higher value if the prize is unavailable for any reason.

Prizes are typically dispatched within 7 days after the draw, although this may vary depending on the prize type. We will communicate exact delivery times with winners.

No, all shipping and delivery costs for prizes are covered by us, so you don’t have to worry about additional charges.

Some competitions may offer a cash alternative, but this depends on the specific terms of each competition. If there is a cash alternative it will be clearly stated in the competition headline e.g. “3 Nights in St Tropez for 2 (or Exchange for £2000 Cash)”.

We will contact all winners using the registered email and mobile number on their account, so please ensure these are kept up to date. If we are unable to reach you within 28 days we reserve the right to award that Prize as a bonus in a different promotion. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

We accept a variety of payment options, including credit/debit cards, and other secure payment gateways listed at the checkout.

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security measures to ensure your payment information is safe and protected.

Unfortunately not, the purchase of a ticket is final and cannot be either amended or withdrawn.

After your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you don’t receive this, please check your spam folder.

Any discount codes and coupons can be applied on the final checkout screen where you add your payment details. You will see a link at the top of this page asking if you’d like to use a coupon.

My Account

Yes, having an account allows you to track your orders, access your ticket numbers and manage your delivery details.

You can create an account by clicking on the "Sign Up" button on our website. Follow the prompts to fill in your details and verify your email address.

If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgot Password" at the login screen and follow the instructions to reset it.

You can update your personal information anytime by logging into your account and navigating to the "My Account" section.

Yes, if you wish to close your account, please email us and we will assist you with the process.
