1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing and participating in any competition on this website (“Compete2Cure”), you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). If you do not agree with any part of these T&Cs, you must refrain from using the Website or participating in any Competition.
 

2. Eligibility

The Competitions on this Website are open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

a) Participants must be at least 18 years old

b) Participants must only enter if they are from the UK, no prizes will be sent out anywhere outside of the United Kingdom.
 

3. Competition Entry

3.1 To enter a Competition, participants must follow the instructions specified on the Website, which may include completing a registration form, submitting an entry, or fulfilling other requirements outlined for that particular Competition.

3.2 Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the entry process. Any incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading entries may be disqualified.
 

4. Competition Rules and Prizes

4.1 Each Competition will have its own question which will need to be answered. The question will be clearly stated on the Website. Participants are responsible for reading and understanding the rules before entering.

4.2 Prizes for each Competition will be clearly specified on the Website.

4.3 The determination of winners will be made by the Website, and all decisions are final and binding.

4.4 Charity donation amounts are based on 100 percent ticket sales. If this is not achieved, then the amount paid to the charity is directly proportional to the percentage of tickets sold. I.E if 95% of tickets are sold then 95% of the specified amount will be donated and the remainder will be rolled over to the next competition.
 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 By submitting an entry to a Competition, participants grant the Website a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display their entry for promotional and marketing purposes.

5.2 Participants represent and warrant that they own all necessary rights, including intellectual property rights, to the content submitted as part of their entry. Participants shall indemnify the Website against any claims of infringement or violation of third-party rights.
 

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 The Website respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Please refer to the Website’s Privacy Policy for details on how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

6.2 By participating in a Competition, participants agree to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Competition and delivering prizes.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Website and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of or in connection with the participation in any Competition or the use of any prizes.

7.2 The Website does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Website or any content provided therein. The Website reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Competition or the Website without prior notice.
 

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

The Website reserves the right to modify or update these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing the T&Cs to stay informed of any changes.
 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these T&Cs or the Competitions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
 

10. Severability

If any provision of these T&Cs is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 

11. POSTAL ENTRIES

You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions.

11.1 Send your entry on an unenclosed postcard or letter by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address: Compete2Cure Ltd, Unit 1, Horsepool Grange Industrial Estate, Markfield, LE679TW. 

11.2 Hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw.

11.3 Include with your entry the following information: your full name; your address; date of birth; a contact telephone number; email address and your answer to the Competition Question.

11.4 Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

11.5 Each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry.

11.6 When entering the competition, you must confirm, in writing if entering by post, that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions; your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date; Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw; Proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the random draw;  the Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct; if the number of entries received reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw. Entrants must have created an account on the Website for the free entry to be processed. All details MUST correspond to the details on the account. Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed.
 

12. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your purchase at any point up until your payment and order are completed. Once your entry is paid for in full, has been processed and completed, and delivered with ticket numbers sent via email & status included in the competition details (entry list) on the website, you cannot cancel your purchase. In the event that your fully processed and paid order has not been confirmed by email or published in the competition details (entry list), you may request a refund by contacting us at info@compete2cure.co.uk.
 

13. By using the Website or participating in any Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
